Trust & safety

We aim for clear standards and consistent enforcement. Serious violations can lead to suspension or a permanent ban, depending on severity and context.

What we enforce against

Internal moderation uses policy buckets so actions are categorised consistently. Examples of categories we record include:

  • Spam / inauthentic engagement
  • Harassment or bullying
  • Scams or fraud
  • Illegal content
  • Impersonation
  • Hate or violence
  • Platform manipulation (bots, evasion)
  • Terms or community standards
  • Other (see notes)

Suspension vs ban

A suspension is temporary: the account may be restored after review or a cooling-off period. A ban is a permanent restriction for severe or repeated harm. You will see an in-product notice if your account is restricted, with a path to sign out and reach us.

Appeals & mistakes

If you believe enforcement was wrong or context was missed, contact us through Contact with as much detail as you can. We cannot promise every appeal will succeed, but we read them.

Reporting

Use in-product reporting where available, or reach out via Contact for urgent safety issues. Include links, screenshots, and timestamps when possible.
