By using NaijaBook you agree to these terms. They will expand as features (payments, ads, marketplace) mature.
NaijaBook provides social, community, messaging, and related features. Availability, performance, and specific capabilities may change during beta.
You must provide accurate information where asked, keep credentials secure, and not share access in ways that break these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you report compromise promptly.
You agree not to break the law, harm others, spam, scrape at scale without permission, attempt to bypass security, or misuse the platform. Our Safety page summarises enforcement categories; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate rules or risk the community.
You keep rights to content you create. You grant NaijaBook a licence to host, display, and distribute that content on and through the service (including moderation and safety workflows). Do not post content you do not have rights to share.
The service is provided "as is" during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email where appropriate.
